Dear Members and Friends,
You are cordially invited to the Annual General Meeting of the Saint Patricks Society of Bangkok which will be held upstairs in Bistro 33 on Monday September 29th commencing at 7pm.
This is a very important meeting and I would encourage as many people as possible to attend as there are several significant items which we will need to discuss on the night. To facilitate people who will be coming directly from work we have arranged for food to be served and all drinks will be at “happy hour prices”. Given we need to provide an estimate of numbers for the food we’d be very grateful if you could reply to this email and let us know if you plan to attend as this way we can ensure quality service on the night.
As indicated in an earlier email we have several committee members who will be standing down this year and we are desperately looking for people who have an interest in joining the committee. In particular I’d like to encourage some ladies and some of our younger members to come forward and join the committee to ensure all sections of our membership are represented.
