NOTICE for the Reconvened AGM to be held on Wednesday, 17^th.October 2012, 7:00 p.m. at Bistro 33, Sukhumvit 33, Phrompong, Bangkok.

The AGENDA for the AGM:

1. Meeting to be opened by the Chair (Vice Chairman);
2. Review of the Minutes of the 2011 AGM held 05-09-11;
3. Vice President’s Report for the 2011/2012 year including minutes of the initial AGM held 02-10-12
4. Hon Treasurer’s Full Financial Report, including the 2012 Ball Account
   
5. Election of New Committee for 2012-2013 Term;
6. A.O.B.

The Timetable for the Event is as follows:

• 7:00 – 7:30 p.m.: Assembly & Free Welcome Drink;
• 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.: Reconvened 2012 AGM;
• 8:30 – 10:00p.m.: Snacks (provided by the Society) & Drinks (available at Happy Hour Prices);
• 10:00 p.m.: End of Function.
